For the time to be right . . . the time will never be right.
To have enough money . . . what is enough money?
Until you are guaranteed success . . . not sure that can ever be guaranteed.
Until you are no longer afraid . . . I'm not sure that fear ever goes away. We just find ways to work with it.

I agree 100%! The time is never right for most things. If you wait until everything is perfect - the moon is in alignment with Mars, you have enough money in your savings account, your best-friend's cousin's mother's friend's sister's husband likes the idea, etc. - you will NEVER start anything!
